Coach Hire & Tour Bookings

QUOTES & INFORMATION: 

Coachstar Australia may amend prices and change vehicles from time to time.

Coachstar Australia reserves the right to alter the route or itinerary due to road, weather or group conditions.

Verbal quotes are only regarded as an estimate of the cost of the hire.  Coachstar Australia will not be bound by any verbal quote given by its employees.  

Customers emailing in quotation requests, appropriate details as per the online booking form at  https://coachstaraustralia.com.au

should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the departure date of hire. Written quotes are based on details provided and may be altered if itinerary changes.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  


INSURANCE:

Coachstar Australia recommends that all passengers have personal travel insurance to cover loss or damage to property, illness, injury or not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure.

Coachstar Australia accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or luggage or for any injury or loss of any type whilst on our coach tours & coach hire.


BOOKING PROCEEDURE TO HIRE A COACHSTAR AUSTRALIA COACH: 

Bookings are carried out in the following manner:

or email bookings to info@coachstaraustralia.com.au and include the same details as per the online booking form.

Buses are allocated on a first come first served basis. 

Coachstar Australia will always try to accommodate hirer's requests.  


CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL: 

Coachstar Australia requires all passengers to be seated at all times.  

It is against Government regulations for passengers to be standing. 


CANCELLATIONS – Notice Given for Coach Hire or Tour Booking Cancellations:

More than 48 hours 50% of Hire 

Less than 48 hours - Full Charge of Hire,  

No Contact / No Show - Full Charge of Hire  

Inclement Weather - No Charge

WAITING OR EXTRA TIME: Charged at $100 an hour or ANY part thereof.


BUS DAMAGE / VANDALISM:  

Coachstar Australia reserves the right to charge hirers for any damage inflicted on a bus by the hirer or persons in their party.  Coachstar Australia reserves the right to charge the hirer a fee of $200 per hour/ or part thereof for any cleaning required due to the over consumption of alcohol or spillage of drinks onto seats or the floor or exceptional untidiness of the Coach as determined by our staff. 


ACCOUNTS:  Accounts will be forwarded and payable within 7 days.  

Coachstar Australia can and will refuse hire if accounts are not paid within 7 days.  Payments can be made via: 

- Internet banking - EFT 

- ANZ Bank branch at no charge.

FIRST TIME HIRERS or LARGE HIRES:  

Coachstar Australia reserves the right to charge an advance payment which must be paid prior to carrying out hire. 

Payment in full will normally be required if the hirer has not previously had an account with Coachstar Australia or has not been a customer within the past twelve months. 

Coachstar Australia requires a 50% deposit.  

The terms of payment may be varied or waived by Coachstar Australia at any time.
